Looking to pair with 240hz monitors still deciding for those. Gaming and streaming will be my use and a little bit of editing. Where can I find the URL you requested ?

Ahead of AgentCooper's questions, bit of feedback:

- The case you've selected has pretty poor airflow, if you're going for high end components you'd be better with something with better airflow (mesh fronted would be best) unless you're really set on the looks of the NZXT (it is a good looking case).
- The B450 board has now been superseded by B550; X570 would be a further step up again.
- Your hard drives are a bit backwards - the M.2 drive is faster, so if you're going for multiple drives, you'd normally have the OS etc. on a smaller M.2 and then bulk storage / games on a larger storage drive; this is usually more cost effective. Ignore the "primary storage drive" etc. labelling in the configurator - it lets you select to install the OS on the M.2 when you proceed through.
- Get the more expensive Intel networking card, it's better in essentially every way for a small cost increase. Edit: Assuming you're using Wireless internet!

When you're on the PC builder and you've got the order how you like it, click on PROCEED and then on the next page, scroll down to the bottom and select 'post to forum'. On the following page copy and paste all the text from that onto this thread (y)

Okay I’ve switched the hard drives around like you suggested and upgraded the motherboard. In terms of cases is there any you could recommend for this build feel free to just edit.

Would recommend getting the H115i RGB Platinum cooler with that CPU, it's going to kick out a fair bit of heat. And you could actually get a second 1TB PCS M.2 drive instead of the Samsung SSD, it's cheaper and faster (y)

Do you think you'll need a 16 core CPU? That's for heavier editing and rendering.

The case is okay but not the best for airflow, The Corsair 465X would be a much better choice.

The H115i RGB Platinum cooler seems to be a bit too larger for the Corsair 465X case.
Thanks for the idea for two M.2 drives it didn't cross my mind ;)

I do plan on using this build for a fair bit of editing but nothing too crazy, do you think 16 cores is overkill?
Maybe a 12 core with better clock speed ?

I reckon that's probably a good shout. And if you do that you could up the budget for the case, I'm a big fan of the Corsair 680x. And that one will definitely accommodate the H115i RGB Platinum (y)

Thanks for all your help honestly, just one more quick question.
Considering I'm using 3900XT with the X570-F would you recommended 4x8GB or 2x16GB RAM

I'm pretty sure the Motherboard only supports dual channel RAM, so 2x16GB and 4x8GB should perform the same - the 2x16GB option is a bit cheaper and gives you more flexibility to add more later if needed (although I'd be surprised, 32GB should be fine for your use by the sounds of it).
