Random bluescreen, then boot issues, then won't boot?

So about a month or so ago I randomly started bluescreening (By the way this all happened in a single day), and after about 2 bluescreens I boot my PC for it to say "Start PXE over IPv4" and sometimes over IPv6. I restarted my PC and then continued what I was doing. I checked my BIOS after this happened again . After a few times, I tried to fix it, and it still couldn't boot. I stupidly turned on fast boot and then I was no longer able to access BIOS. So for a month I have been in a limbo of turning it on, being too slow to catch BIOS, and so on. I recently was away for a week, and when I cam back I wanted to try to boot it. It now says "Checking Media presence... No media present." and I'm still confused. I'm not much of a computer/IT guy as you can tell, so any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Ok, what I'd suggest is that you get a USB thumb drive off at least 8GB, and using another pc download the Windows media creation tool, and create a bootable USB from that, and then try to boot from the USB

Thank you, I've just ordered 2 8gb sticks as I only had 2gb available. Are there any repairs I could try in the meantime you think?

Run a chkdsk /f /x on the system drive, all your symptoms point to a flaky SSD.
I'm not sure how to get there from BIOS not able to open and then its just checking media presence until restart/shutdown. I'm not really a computer guy but I'll research
