I got a noteebook that was assembled with DDR4 SODIMM Corsair 2666 MHz 32 GB (2 x16 GB, 2666mhz),
i recently got DDR4 SODIMM Corsair 3200 MHz 64GB (2 x32 GB)
That product is totally compatible with my notebook as i checked in the update website function, the problem is that my PC only sees 32GB ram and at 1600mhz,
also in the bios (Insyde h20) i can only see 32gb ram and i can't change anything.
CPU-Z sees the 64GB ram memory installed, but it appears due to bios limitation i can't use it, am i correct?
I reapeat, in windows i only can see and use 32gb of ram.
I'll post the CPU-Z reports info about mainboard and Ram, please i need to unlock this stuff because i work with my laptop and if it's not possible that will be a huge problem to me because i got my PC from the website only because i can update it without warrancy problems:
