We love you Ukraine
Truly the end of an era, and what a wonderfully odd one at that.
The passing of the great David Lynch.
We need to call out @AgentCooper, although I'm sure he will have heard
And we need to put a rundown of his most famous movies and series
1977 Eraserhead
1980 The Elephant Man
1984 Dune
1986 Blue Velvet
1989 Twin Peaks movie
1989 to 1991 Twin Peaks series
1990 Wild at Heart
1992 Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me
1997 Lost Highway
2001 Mullholland Drive
2017 Twin Peaks series continued
Those are only the ones that affected me deeply. Both Twin Peaks and Dune hit me seriously hard because they made me think outside the box in a way so few others had inspired me to. So damn strange and so revealing.
I'm not in any way sad, this man really was a living legend, a true creator and a visionary. The world would be a lot less weird without him and that would be a crying shame.
I followed him on twitter until I closed my account a month ago or so, he would regularly post really odd but upbeat little nuggets, just him in front of the camera with his musings.
Loved the man!
