Hi there

So my recently purchased PC came with 3x Promo Codes :
1x for Assassins Creed : Valhalla and 2x for COD: Cold War.
Ive redeemed 2 of the codes successfuly ,but the last 1 which is for the second copy of Cold War (obviously cant redeem it on the same pc) ,wanted to give it away to my brother.But it kept saying the his hardware does not meet the requirements to redeem the code.After googling the problem i found out that some of the codes are either GPU bound or some other PC part bound .
Ive wrote tickets to both PCspecialist and Nvidia and am still waiting for an answer.
Its really disappointing that they would make it this way...
First of all why would they give me 2 codes for the same game if they know i cant give the second one away,which is the only thing i can literally do with that code.Second why are they even making it this way ,its ridiculous...
Literally no one wins in this scenario. I cannot claim the code , I cannot give it away to my brother or anyone , its just going to waste...which i cant let happen.
Anyone encountered this kind of issue and know of any way to resolve it ?
I thought ill post here in hope someone know of a way to do that ,since both Nvidia and PCS take light years to answer currently ...

Interesting, I've got 3 different game codes for my PC too, and the AMD one (FarCry6) expires this Saturday... as I just received my PC, I don't have the time this week to set it up etc until the weekend. I really hope I can extend the deadline for it too as I might not manage to redeem the code as apparently I need to download some sort of "Validation tool"...

I think the COD one was with Samsung SSD, or something, did you buy two of these, hence reason you got 2 codes?

I really hope I can extend the deadline for it too as I might not manage to redeem the code as apparently I need to download some sort of "Validation tool"...

You won't be able to extend the period, you don't need the PC setup to redeem, it, you can do it all from a phone or any internet source.

PCS don't set these giveaways, they're set by the manufacturer ie AMD or nVidia.

That was my first thought and already tried that ,but since I already redeemed the same game once with a different code , Geforce Experiance detects that ,and prevents me from doing it ,saying something of the sort '' you already redeemed this game on this configuration.

Yes, I contacted PCS who told me it was AMD. I basically had to stop though due to having to download a validation tool, which on my spare PC would detect an old i7.

I registered with AMD, put in my code, then prompted to download tool... Hopefully I manage to get it on saturday then... but I've raised a support ticket with AMD just in case.

Yeah got 1 with my GPU and 2 i think with the SSD and the m.2
