Processor Cooling advice please

I'm putting together a spec for a new desktop, and unsure about which CPU cooler to use. For practical reasons, I was going to get a PCS Frostflow cooler (it fits in the case I want and no branded ones do), but on the forum where people discuss their specs, I have noticed that they are almost always advised against using the PCS Frostflow coolers. Is there an issue with them? I would really appreciate specific answers (rather than just saying they're no good). I realise that the branded ones are probably better, but I just need sufficient cooling and I'm pretty much stuck with the case I've chosen for other reasons. Cheers.

We can't really advise on individual components as they all interrelate, if you post your full specs we can advise or max budget, what's it's used for and make and model of monitor you're using?

Thanks for replying. I understand your comment, but I wanted to know if there is an issue with PCS Frostflow coolers as everyone seems to advise against them, regardless of the rest of the spec..

It totally depends what processor and what case, what GPU etc.
