It depends what you want it for. Basic email, web browsing, streaming TV or videos etc then a basic prebuilt PC will be fine. For anything demanding however, video editing, 4k image editing, gaming etc then custom built gets you exactly what you need

Oh thanks, just wondering to go for the Vortex F pre built system if it’s good for the money or to go custom. It will be used for gaming.

A lot depends on your budget, if things are tight a pre-built may work out cheaper but as Ubuysa said, a custom one will fit your needs exactly.
