Potential Corsair TX650M arcing

Got my new PC in Mid July with a Corsair tx650m. First PSU only lasted 8 days and blew and got a replacement. However, not sure how long it's been happening for or whether it is even normal but there is a slight audible "electrical current crackling" noise coming from the back of my PSU where it connect with the power cable. Never noticed it before but never had my ear that close to the PSU when the pc was running before. Can't see any visible arcing etc and it isn't mega loud so just wondering if this is normal or if the PSU should be completely quiet and therefore I should RMA it back to PC specialist?

I would not say that was normal, no.
Are you able to record it at all? Are you sure its coming from the PSU?

I will try to get a recording and yes it is 100% from PSU, not loud but sounds almost like when a HDD is under load.
