But isnt the fact that those sections are surviving fine with no flame wars every hour a testament that the members of this forum are mature enough?

Also if we dont have a politics section, i am assuming politics subjects are allowed in the General section?

No, politics and religion and all that kind of made up stuff isn't allowed on the boards as part of the rules (cba to go find it mind :) )

In my humble opinion I think a politics section would be a smashingly good idea. I think out of every forum I've ever seen this is the most peaceful by far.

Of course I think we would need quite a few rules to make sure that it doesnt get out of hand.

And remember my honourable sirs, this is just my humble opinion
