This build is poorly designed: the PSU is insufficient for such a system (and it's an old ATX 2.4 with no spike protection), the GPU is almost two generations old and will struggle already at 1080p, the 4TB M.2 as OS drive is useless (you'd only put the OS/apps and game launcher there), and 1TB is more than enough. Furthermore, as @Martinr36 pointed out, Samsung is no longer as reliable as it once was. SolidiGM and Corsair are far better choices.

This is completely pointless as you still haven't answered the basic questions

The budget is around £2,500, give or take.

£2,700-ish. Go as high as £3000.

Price £3,167.00, a bit over but I can just about manage it.

Without this information, it's completely impossible to advise, I get you don't understand that, but this was all asked in post 2 exactly to avoid all this inate back and forwards with everything constantly changing.

You can't just throw any components together and expect it to work, the whole system has to balance for your purposes.

I'll bow out, this is too difficult.

Before I leave, here's my final idea for your requirements.

N.B. If gaming is a factor, you'll need a QHD/Ultrawide 1440p gaming monitor to go with it.
Your old ASUS monitor has a TN panel with a resolution of 1080p at 75Hz, whereas the Pro Art is a 4K 60Hz office monitor, not suitable for gaming. If gaming is not a priority, you can downgrade to a much lower GPU tier (i.e. 7600XT 16GB) while keeping your 1080p monitor.
