At the moment he will have a 60Hz LG TV/monitor but he will have to save up for a 144Hz one in the future. It'll mostly be for things like Apex or Call of Duty as far as I know. Thanks

What’s the budget for the system?
Do you know the resolution of the TV? Assuming 1080p but handy to know.

Quick look, RAM, 32GB is possibly excessive, faster is better so 3200Mhz is much better, and dual channel usually gives better results. If you can I would suggest bumping up the PSU.
