Planning to buy a laptop in around a month, got some questions

Intel and AMD are both good for gaming but what you should look for is 6 core's with high cpu speed eg. 3,6+ghz with load's of L3 cach

Hey, so, from what i learn here, this is what you should change :
Remove bullguard, it can cause problem like BSOD and windows defender do the job really well now
Chose the amd cpu, it's better for a laptop (and in general, amd is better now than intel)
If you can afford, you should take a 1st ssd smaller (like 512go) for the OS and softwar and a 2nd one for storage and game
And you could take the pixel warranty ^^
(oh, and i saw in the configurator that you can also take the new intel wifi card for 5£ more)
So, if the other forum members agreed with what i say, i propose you this configuration :

Cores doesn't make any difference really, it's all down to per core performance for gaming with IPC and single core boost performance being more important.
What I mean by that is an AMD 6 core chip will keep up with an Intel 8 core chip.
Both Intel and AMD are pretty much on par, with AMD just about beating, but with major other sacrifices like much worse battery life and higher temps as well as riddled with security holes. Intel requires about 25% more power to achieve similar performance to AMD.

Reviews of Intel's latest eight-core Tiger Lake CPUs are now available. The new CPUs definitely increase performance, but at the cost of higher power consumption.

That's not a benchmark site, they don't actually benchmark anything, they just assign a random score to various things like cores and frequency, and it's entirely obvious to anyone who knows anything about processors that they've been heavily paid off by Intel to flat out lie and favour their chips.
A benchmark is where you test the performance in actual software and games and give results based off that, it's very time consuming, and has to be done under strict test scenarios to produce viable results.
Userbenchmark does none of that at all. They've been banned from most tech sites and are regarded as fake news in the tech community.
