Well kb5003637 was only released 1 week ago, so I would be surprised if that was the cause of the "out of date" / "obsolete" warning.
So if you go and download the Windows Update Show Hide troubleshooting package from
Once you run it, click on the option to "Hide Updates"
This will show what updates are available to install, and ticking the box next to the update will effectively hide it, so it doesnt install.
Then try installing all the other updates that Windows is advising needs to be installed, and see if that solves your issue.
Obviously if you then find another problem with updates, then let us know
