I would strongly suggest upgrading the PSU while it's still being tested, believe me, you don't want to be limited by that in the future as it's a real headache aside from huge waste of cash to have to upgrade it.

They'll take it back through troubleshooting and replace any components required, this will take time to investigate, but doesn't cost anything. Then it goes back through testing and so on until it passes testing.

Right if I do amend the order, how will this affect it as it’s already in testing, will that completely reset the waiting time for the PC as well?

If you're unsure of why the PSU is important, the first upgrade you'll need to do is the GPU, doesn't matter what you spec currently, it will be the first bottleneck. The great thing with gaming PC's is the point that if well designed, they are entirely upgradable.

If you were to stick with 750w, you would be stuck on your choice of upgrades, especially as the next GPU range are able to use substantially more power than current gen. So the equivalent tier card as you currently have is likely to require a larger PSU, that's aside from the fact that most peoples budgets change over the time of having the PC, and they tend to upscale resolution and GPU tier.

No, won't change your place or anything, but you may be charged a small fee (£10er or something) as it's already been built.

But you'll save over £100 in what it would cost to replace it, aside from the system rebuild that would be required.

It's already in testing, fast track is just for the queue, doesn't change anything about build time or testing, you can't make those faster, they are what they need to be depending on the build.
