I honestly can't even get close. I'd personally say your best bet is to cancel and wait until you have more funds to spend on a proper build. You could go ahead with your current build but you'd spend a lot getting it up to a reasonable spec (adding an SSD, changing the RAM and PSU).

I think the other thing worth mentioning is consoles. The Xbox Series X and PS5 offer such incredible value in todays world. For someone with your budget, you're not gonna get a PC that'll perform anywhere close to a console (you'd be spending 1800 EUR to get something similar) and you'd be able to get a console and a monitor to pair with it for just over the budget you have for a vastly improved experience (or an inexpensive laptop if you need a to use basic desktop apps). The Xbox series X/S allows for keyboard and mouse play if that's an experience you'd like and Xbox Gamepass is fantastic value. As someone who loves PC's, it's difficult to say this but the consoles totally have the ball in their court until the market settles.
