PC suddenly turned itself off!?

Hi,

I recently purchased the ESL tournament edition and I was playing Ready Or Not until the PC turned itself off and the power button was lit up in white.

I turned the pc off at the back and waited a couple of minutes and pressed the power button but the white light is still there and now the pc won’t start up.

Any ideas?

UPDATE
The white light is no longer on the power button, when pressed the fans and lights inside flicker and then… nothing🤦🏼‍♂️

Any beeps from the system as you turn on? Or does it start and stop as soon as you press the start button?
Can you post your full specs so we can confirm the components?

Could be a number of reasons why it shutdown. Try looking through the event viewer and see if there are any error entries around the time the PC shutdown when you were playing.

Could really do with the full spec from your orders page, so we know what psu, motherboard etc we're dealing with

Did you buy this directly from PCS - if so could you go into your order page and post your full specs from the order page.

If you bought it from Currys you should really phone PCS and register the PC to activate any warranty etc with them and also then you get an account that then enables you to post the full specs for advice.

finally, have you ensured that ALL windows updates have been run and there is nothing left to update etc.
