Hi need some help here please. My son has a PC SPECIALIST - Tornado R3 Gaming PC - AMD Ryzen 3, GTX 1650, 1 TB HDD & 256 GB SSD and it's about month old. He got 2x16 RGB ram for Xmas today and has just fit them and then no power is reaching anything other than the ram and light up fans. He then put the original ram back in and the same thing happened. The pc will now will not work at all. Really grateful if anyone has any idea what to do and there's not much Xmas cheer in our house right now....

If it's not working with the original RAM back in place it's possible that something has been damaged in the process.
Does it have 2 RAM sticks? Try plugging in just one and make sure it's in the the first slot of channel 1 (Should be light blue I imagine)
When accessing any part of the system ensure that the PC is fully shut down with the switch off at the back, but leave the power cord connected just in case there is any static.
Other than that just have a look for anything that may have been knocked/bumped during the memory install. It's possible that a cable has been loosened.
