The BSOD Doctor
Open Task Manager, click the Start-up tab and look at the 'Start-up impact' column. The ones with a high impact are the ones slowing your boot down. Disable all of the high impact (and as many of the medium impact) entries that you know you can do without for a short time, then reboot. If your boot time is much quicker then a process of elimination should identify which processes slow things down.
