With the PC market the way it is, this budget is a little hard to reach but I've just about managed
This case has lots of RGB lighting and has a full mesh front so will be good for airflow. The 5600X is a lovely CPU for gaming and will pair well with the TUF B550 motherboard, For RAM, you want the fast stuff as AMD loves fast RAM, 3200mhz is the sweetspot and 16GB is enough for most gaming experiences. For GPU, I've had to swap to a 6700XT which sits between the 3060TI and 3070 but is also a lot cheaper than the 3070. For Storage, there's a 500GB SSD for windows and programs then a 1TB SSD for all your games and other files. For power, I've put in a top of the line RMx 850W unit that will power this system comfortably and allow for plenty of upgrades down the road. The stock cooler will be perfectly fine for the 5600X, if you were to upgrade in the future I'd suggest the Cooler Master 240mm AIO. If you need Wifi the AX200 WiFi card is a must, if you'll be using an ethernet than it can be removed all together. I've removed the Anti-Virus as it's known to cause issues and the Silver warranty is well worth the £5.
You'll need the GPU power for your VR but if you were to upgrade your screen, I'd suggest an AOC CQ27G2U or Samsung G5 for a 1440p 1440hz experience, it's a very popular segment and is currently good value for money. Those monitors should be about £260-300.
