Pc running loud/cooling during gaming

I guess I will try to troubleshoot it by reinstalling and such maybe I will get it to work somehow.
As for the gaming noise, you mentioned coil whine (never heard of it till you mentioned as I had 1080 prior to this)
After googling it says it's pretty normal for stronger gpus, but also mentions if it happens on new PCs it can also indicate some possible faults?
Could whine can be common, BUT, imho shouldn’t be put up with. If it is could whine, I would run it past PCS about swapping it. I can’t speak for them, but it’s worth at least asking the question.

The 'Coil Whine' definitely gets worse the higher the fps goes, during loading screen/menu screens at 200-300+ it goes crazy, I will open a ticket and see what they say..
But i reinstalled icue and weirdly enough i got very weird warning:

I tried googling it but its beyond me, funnily enough when i opened reddit about it, pc specialist was mentioned few times.. (in the last few months)

Now after reinstalling the app and updating the software to the latest update the interface slightly changed but for some reason the shown temperatures are high? Prior to reinstallation everything was in 30-40s i believe. (only browser and discord is open just like before)
And the fans now randomly get faster (louder) for few secs (up to1200rpms) every couple mins, then slows down back to normal just by browsing.
Tried gaming and the game starts with about 50C CPU and the fans already at 1000 rpms and once it hits 60-65+ it goes up to 1400, it wasnt running that fast/loud before, the only thing i can think of is cause of ICUE, but the only thing i changed was Pump from clink queit to clink balanced and the fans are on 'normal balanced' since the start.

I have a corsair AIO and while the performance is great, I also had coil whine issues as well. I tend to have very good hearing so naturally it drove me insane... until it suddenly went away by itself. I have no idea how or why but it genuinely just stopped after a while.

You can try capping your FPS to your monitor's refresh rate to reduce coil whine issues, or (like others recommended) contact PCSpecialist and ask if they'd be willing to replace it.
