We love you Ukraine
Don’t particularly need it just nice to have
RAM does absolutely nothing to the performance of the PC unless it's actually being used, it's a false assumption that more RAM improves performance, it has to be required by the computer to make any difference at all. Otherwise it just sits there doing nothing.

What do you use the computer for?

You have a perfectly adequate CPU and a good graphics card for 1080p gaming. If you want more frames, you need a new graphics card, but unless you need it, it's a terrible time to buy because of the state of the market. You'll be paying way over the odds. I'd suggest sticking with the 1660 Super for now.

Can I suggest too that you contact PCS and register your PC with them if you have not done so already. In addition to the warranty requiring this, the extra benefit you get from doing this is that you can access your account with PCS and then see exactly which components you ahve got in your machine as well as have access to an "Upgrade" menu of options (however I would always suggest posting your specs on here from the PCS website then -rather than the Currys/PCWorld page and getting advice then on the upgrade choice).

To register will take a phone call and give them details of your machine / serial number / where purchased etc and provide them with a copy of the receipt or something and they will get things set up for you then too.

Faster memory can actually give a few extra fps in games , especially if we are talking about low latency memory . That CPU can make use of DIMMs rated up to 2933 Mhz for a performance boost .
