Pc not turning on properly

I've had my PC for about a year now and suddenly the only way I can turn it on is if I unplug it and plug it back in again, only then will the power button work.

Not sure if the performance had had any issues, but I think it's just the boot up process that's a lil dodgy now.

Any possible solutions to this, or if not anyway I can send it in without the warranty to get it fixed (not sure if the warranty has expired yet but I think it has)

Thanks

Have you disabled hibernation via powershell?

What anti virus are you using?

Are you using any driver optimisers or performance optimisers?

Yes
Widows defender rn :/
And I have amd software and armoury crate (if that's what optimisers are)

I also factory reset my PC a couple days ago to see of it helped and it didn't.

Only started a few weeks ago and when I shut down my PC the only way I can turn it on again is through turning off the PSU manually.

I’m willing to bet it’s a software issue with fast boot not properly hibernating.

A windows reset won’t resolve anything, you need to do a clean install and disable hibernation

And you don’t want to install armoury crate at all

Can you let me know how to do that

The one in the video posted on here
No, how did you clean install and disable hibernation?

Did this for the "clean install" - Download a new copy of Windows using the (Second option on linked page) to an 8GB (min) USB. Media Creation Tool
Boot that USB and choose a Custom Install.
Delete all UEFI partitions on the system drive (EFI System, Recovery, MSR Reserved, Primary).
Select the unallocated space that results and click the Next button. The installer will create the correct partitions and install Windows.
Run Windows Update repeatedly, even across reboots, until no more updates are found.
You may need/want to download and install the latest graphics driver from the Nvidia/AMD website

And the went into powershell and did "powercfg.exe /hibernate off"

If that wasn't right let me know, I just followed a guide online

I thought the first Widows boot up screen was the setup

What do you mean and how do I do that then?

Would that cause my PC not to turn on properly?

I'm currently downloading all the drivers if that's the issue.
Windows update configures drivers through optional updates, you need to have run those before installing anything like graphics driver etc
