The PC will mainly be used for video and photo editing. The video will mainly be 4k.

The monitor is a Samsung 32" UJ590

This could do with some adjustment. The link you included doesn’t take us to your build. Please include the green link from the bottom of the configuration and we can then suggest some changes - case, motherboard, storage, PSU and WiFi for a start.

Ok made a few tweaks and come out with this, reduced the RAM to 32GB it's ample for 4k editing and changed the storage a bit, extra storage is easily added when more funds are available, the important thing is to get a good solid base to work off of

case change is to provide better cooling.

storage gives you a HDD for general storage, a nice really fast M.2 for the OS, scratch drive & programs & then a slightly slower M.2 for editing your videos on, this way when you reinstall windows at any point you don't need to worry about your video projects
