I'm currently playing Elder Scrolls Online, which I know this build will handle easily. How does it look for some future-proofing? Do I need a better monitor for the RTX 4070 Ti?

120 AIO? You'd be as well off going air cooled at that level. I'd be looking 240 or 280 aio for i7+
