I have changed a few things. Would this build be good for streaming and gaming same time, without issues, Want it to last at least 5 years before i upgrade.. Would there be anything else to change before i order.

You want the Strix 570 motherboard...the 450 variant is an older board. GPU from what I understand the 3070 will be plenty for your monitor

I looked at the strix 570 board but not enough usb ports, that reason i changed to other motherboard

Really? The 570 has 1 more than the 450....and has 3.2 as opposed to 3.1

If i changed the motherboard, Would everything else be good for a few years, would i be able to stream and game at the same time without any issues.

I would go with the 3900x if budget allows for it, won't hurt.

On any gaming pc you’ll need to update the GPU at least every 3 years to keep the same performance. Most people upgrade every 2 years if they’re remaining totally current.
