32GB Corsair DOMINATOR PLATINUM RGB DDR5 6000MHz (2 x 16GB) 32GB of RAM will be ample for your needs, you need to be doing some very high end productivity work to need more than that, and lets you go for the 6000mhz RAM which will give you a nice performance bump.
Graphics Card
16GB NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 4080 - HDMI, DP, LHR Really needs a 4k display to make the most of this. If you’re sticking with 1440p you can downgrade this substantially without losing any performance.

I was gonna say, I wouldn't go 1440p with this budget, look for 4k 144Hz or Superwide for a far far better experience, Ultrawide at the very minimum.

That will get you a really full on system
