I would definitely hold off as the latest AM5 chips are coming on for pre-release tomorrow.

There are definitely improvements to consider. That PSU is nowhere near high enough, the soundcard should be dropped, the storage needs upgraded significantly and the paste should be avoided.

I would also consider a far better monitor, with higher resolution, as a working environment 1080p just doesn't cut it nowadays.
