Super strange, @ubuysa

Now when I manage to try load something edge and chrome, if I try load any site I get this

And when going to windows updates it says this

And this when trying to open event viewer as admin

Think my windows has just killed itself.
And get this when running SFC /scannow

That's because there's an issue with your Cryptographic Services that we've seen already.

This is also Cryptographic Services related.

This is probably also Cryptographic Services related as well.

That's telling you that there are serious problems with your Windows installation.

Your system is broken - badly.

You've done a clean reinstall in the past I think, allowing Windows Update to install all drivers? I would suggest you do that again, from bootable media. Once Windows Update has installed all updates and drivers do not install any other software nor make any Windows configuration changes. I realise that's very limiting but you need to test it with a completely clean Windows system to be certain whether this is hardware related. If you start installing third party software you run the risk of reinstalling the problem. You need to give it a couple of days of use as a completely clean system to see whether it will fail or not.

If it does fail with only a clean Windows install running then it's a hardware problem and it will need to be RMAd.

Yes please. You need to be certain this isn't some software problem before you send it back to PCS. Install Windows from current bootable media and run Windows Update repeatedly (even across reboots) until no more updates are found. Then don't install anything else or make any changes. If it fails at all in that state it will need to go back to PCS.

@ubuysa done clean install this morning.
Done all updates and just been using edge to watch YouTube and twitch and no issues so far.
Do you think it's worth running memtest or doing other tests again to make sure it's not hardware?

Windows installed Nvidia drive v432.00 which I don't believe is the latest and I'm worried it I was to install latest the issue will happen again, should I leave it as it is?

Tomorrow should I try download a random game and see if it crashes?

Thanks

Leave things as they are for now. It's encouraging that it's not failing. You don't necessarily have to always use the katest drivers, as long as everything is working well they're best left alone. Only update any driver if you have to.

See how it goes tomorrow with nothing else installed. I know it's frustrating but you need to be 100% certain that it's not failing so you need to give it plenty of time and every chance to fail. How regularly would it fail before?

There's no pint in running Memtest again now, it's more important to keep Windows running at the moment.

It's still possible that there is a hardware problem but since you're not stressing anything at the moment it's behaving itself.

If it's OK tomorrow then I think your next step should be to download some stress testing software and work everything hard.

Right okay yeah.

That's what I'm thinking as soon as I try a game or something it will crash or restart im thinking.

What software would you suggest me to download tomorrow to test it?

I would arrange for an RMA now. It's sad but there is clearly a hardware problem there. When you send it back point PCS at this thread.

And very well done for some good troubleshooting. It took a while but now you can be confident there's a hardware fault there - that's a win of sorts. :)
Yeah, ill give them a call now.

Thanks everyone for all the help.
Its been a long run of issues haha but finally an answer possibly.
I first raised this issue with them a month after I got the machine last year so hopefully i can still get some kind of warranty on the parts.

@Nursemorph i might need some of that music to keep my moral up lol.

Just got off the phone to PCS and they offered i could just send the RAM back but i opted to send the whole machine back.
Want it finally looked at, the PCS warranty cannot be used even thought i raised it with them a few weeks after i got the machine because it was fine in some stages (This was obvs when i wasnt using the PC much).

So parts will get replaced under manufacturers warranty, hoping I wont have to pay out.
RMA process will hopefully take 3-4 week :/
