PC Collection

Hi, my pc was collected last Wednesday by DPD, however i have checked the status on PCS website and it still saying “awaiting collection”. Is this normal ? How long it takes for DPD to deliver a collected PC to PCS ?

Give PCS a call and see what the situation is. My guess is that the website data hasn't been updated...

I already did. They said they dont know much. DPD did not give any update. I did not like the driver at all, he brought me a parcel with a damaged box the other day, but maybe its just nothing yo worry about. I never had to send my pc before so a bit paranoid.

Hi there,

depending on your region DPD mostly needs 1-3 working days to bring it back. Please remember, that we do not accept parcels over the weekend and yesterday was a bank holiday, so DPD didn't work yesterday either. So that might be the reason why it hasn't reached us yet.
If you want to PM me a reference number, I will go and have a look for you
