Hello , I ordered a pc around 5 days ago it won’t be built for over a month and I have now decided I’d like to change my case I know this is possible but I’m not sure on the ins and outs as the case I want to change to costs £15 more how would I go about that would they just charge the extra £15 ? Also when I purchased the pc I didn’t make an account but I did set it up with a the required email address and can access that fine how and where would I go about actually changing my parts on the website?

just use the amend order option when viewing you order and change the case over, you are then asked to pay the difference then and there. Give it a day or two and the main order will show the update

You can’t order a pc without creating an account. So you log into the main site with the email address you ordered with, then go to orders and you can make amendments in there.

they’ll charge you the difference.

I would strongly recommend getting advice on your build though.

Why do you strongly recommend getting advice on my build

To help make sure you're getting a decent PC for your budget which will work for the long run for what you want it to do.

People post on here often with PC builds with builds which will just cause them problems over time with things like poor cooling, incorrect GPU for their monitor etc :)

If you follow the instructions here https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/foru...ification-to-the-forum-check-this-spec.73718/

and post in the Check this spec part of the forum with your budget and what you want out of it people will advise of an issues.

If you do take up their kind offer of free advice (which you should, what harm can it do?, your free to ignore it.). Then I suggest when you post the spec, post more info about things like.

Budget amount
What monitor(s) you are using (if already have them)
What use do you plan on the PC, e.g. General word/email, gaming (which sort of games), video editing / streaming etc.

All this will help. Even if you think you know a lot about PCs and components, its always good to get free advice.
