PC Build for Mid/High lvl Gaming

Hi, I've came up with this spec, and will be using this computer for Gaming, programming and general browsing. Honestly not that into gaming as I have been busy recently, but would want this spec to be future proof as I can see myself gaming more soon + I can probably add another $200 to this, so if you think any upgrades would be good you can say.

My Current PC blackscreens now (but I can still hear the audio when screen goes black), dont know why, so thought it was about time to upgrade as its around 5 years old.

Can you advise if you think this build is good, or if you would change anything? Thank You!

Looks like a really good build. What monitor do you have? That's the key question really, as everything else depends on that.

The only places I'd be likely to look to adjust things would be in power supply (I'd suggest at least the TXm model, preferably the RMx model, and at least 750W, preferably 850W: this allows for upgrades as well as better performance), and cooling (the stock cooler is OK, but upgrading say to the Hyper 212 would be worthwhile; you probably don't need the expensive thermal paste).

Awesome. The 3060 is great for 1080p 144Hz.

Here's the build I'd recommend for you, then. It is ideal for your current monitor(s), and if you decide to upgrade in a couple of years' time, you could easily upgrade the graphics card in the PC and get awesome performance at 1440p or 4K.

CPU is completely fine. GPU is fine at 1080p but if you are thinking of upgrading the monitor to 1440p it would be worth going for the 3060 Ti.

You won’t get any benefit from the 3060TI with your current monitors. Upping to the 5800x is n’t a bad move, but would need an upgrade to the motherboard and cooling, taking the price to just over £1900
