Pc build, completely new to PC's

Hello, i am completely foreign to the concept of pc building, i have taken a little time to look through and see what suited what i want in a pc, im looking for a second opinion on this build, whether it be improvements or changes and comparability :

What games do you want to play, and at what resolution/fps?

Monitor is 4K, but only has 60Hz refresh rate. You might be better with a 1440p monitor with a refresh rate of 144HZ or higher, and that 3070TI would be perfect. And you're probably overspec'ing the motherboard if you're only putting a 3900X it now. But it does allow you to upgrade later to a 5800X or 5900X I guess.

Sorry for the VERY late reply😅, i apreciate the reply from yourself, to answer your question, i plan on playing anything and everything, and as for res and frames, im not the biggest fan on graphics as long as the game runs smoothly, but ofc preferably 1440 or 4k though. So swap for a higher refresh rate monitor and i dont quite understand the deal with the motherboards to be honest, what recommendations do you have?
