Would help the hamsters if you let us know what your likely usage will be (i.e. gaming, streaming, coding, modelling, AI, finance, web browsing), what monitor (resolution/HZ), if gaming/coding/modelling games, then what apps, etc.!

We can get a significantly better performing machine mate, that processor is ancient now and far surpassed. Let us know what it's for and what monitor you'll be using we can help

The plan is to use it for gaming, possibly streaming down the line, and will begin to learn small programming skills in the near future. I have a 1080p 144hz monitor and a 1080p 60hz secondary monitor.
Games like Warzone, Black Desert Online, F1 are probably the more demanding games that I plan to play and therefore am wanting a decent build to be able to both play and stream at 1080p preferably.

In that case, you're probably wasting about 50% of your money, as the build you started out with is more for 4k gaming or video editing (or MSFS2020).

Better airflow case, modern CPU which will nail streaming, 32GB of fast RAM, the 3070 will nail 1440p monitor (with room in the budget to get one), fast storage for OS and programs, games, and general storage.
PSU aimed with the future in mind, top end cooler in terms of performance and aesthetics.

We love you Ukraine
I wouldn't buy anything at the moment, we're at the tail end of a generational cycle.

New motherboards, SSD's, CPU's, GPU's and even PSU's are about to hit the market and all are set to be a substantial improvement over current gen.

This is at the top end of your budget, and you might be able to get some deals on it.

But this is also very true. If the PC you’re looking to buy is a “want” and not a “need”, I would recommend holding off a few months as when the next gen items drop you will be able to get a lot more bang for your buck. 🙂
