I ordered super fast tracked building and also very fast delivery. Both cost a lot of money as I need this ASAP for work. I just checked my order's tracking number and it has not changed since Friday! This is not good enough, what can I do? Who do I contact? Is this normal? I tried live chat 3 times but nobody is there, emailed earlier today and no response...?

Could possibly be something to do with the bank holiday on Monday. I would give DPD a call first and failing that get in touch with PCS.

the 29th with the fastest build and shipping available. But ordered it 9 minutes passed noon so it was not counted as a work day

Was it dispatched before the bank holiday and you are waiting on DPD or is it just PCS haven't dispatched it yet?

It was dispatched Friday (which was great service by PCS) and the last update was that it is stuck in Birmingham at 9PM. I expected it to be sent out from there today (as it was bank holiday yesterday) and then arrive with me tomorrow.

It's suppose to be 2 day super fast delivery. If it does not arrive tomorrow, who do I contact for complaints / refunds ? It is very urgent and this is why I paid A LOT of extra money to get it to me today or tomorrow (taking the bank holiday into account)

You will have to call PCS to ask about why it's taking longer than planned (once it is late already), but do note they have no control over DPD's deliveries, I do not believe DPD offer guaranteed dates for delivery but I do not know.
Though even within the 2-3 days delivery tomorrow would be the earliest day of expected arrival, given that Friday would not have counted in the time for that

thanks for that. Is it possible that the tracking page just hasnt updated yet? And in fact the package has moved? I do not understand why it has not moved since Friday. Obviously yesterday was the bank holiday but I expected movement today... that it would be on a ship or airplane here and then delivered the following day..

Yes I know that but even if they scan it there might be a delay? I dont know anymore... i just dont understand why it has not updated / moved...

Best thing to do is to contact PCS, if the item has been dispatched within the 3 working days then the responsibility lies with DPD (I believe it was indicated when you choose fast track). I would suggest giving them a call tomorrow .

I do not think this is PCS fault - they did everything VERY fast and dispatched the items on Friday. It's now stuck in a warehouse somewhere in Birmingham so this is outside of PCS control.

Fingers crossed it gets moving sharpish. It wouldn't surprise me if it travels over night.

That's what happened with mine - I ordered 3 day fast track and it went to Birmingham and travelled up to Newcastle overnight.

Yes! You were right.

I feel so stupid for "panicking" now... it's just that the tracking part is delayed by about 12 hours ... ! I hope it arrives today, then it's all good :) thanks for all your help and advice guys.
