Okay I think I found the solution to my problem. After searching a lot of forums about fps drops during gaming, I found out that upgrading the bios to version 1.05.01 causes this issue. Many people had this issue. So I found prema mod v1 which is based on 1.03.01 and flashed my bios. Prema mod v2 is based on 1.05.01 which will give you the same problem. And no fps drops anymore :D. So far so good. I hope it stays like this. Thank you guys for diagnosing the problem for me. I really appreciate it :)

Hey could you elaborate on how and where you found your fix? Your issue sounds so similar to mine on the same GPU, but I have the MSI GT70, I've been dealing with this issue for years and spent wayyy too much $$$ on this laptop. I'm looking up 1.03.01 but am not really finding anything
