Thank you for your response, I have modified changes to fit around a ryzen 7 7800X3D.
In terms of use, it is intended to be used for gaming, and work such as using Adobe software and 3D software such as Maya or Zbrush.
I hope this brings a little more insight to what I'm aiming for. Thanks again.

You're seriously compromising important areas of the build to attempt to shoehorn in some highlight parts. In order to opt for a 7800X3D and a 4060Ti you would need to up your budget in line with the below. This is the minimum I would want personally.
