Order is late

Hello,
I've order a PC and paid for it fully. I was supposed to get it about 1 week ago as the estimates say but I didn't get it yet. You don't answer the phone number in Denmark nor the one in England. Can you contact me as soon as possible or can you tell me anything else about the order ?
I'm waiting for a response from you as soon as possible.

Hello and welcome to the forum. Very few of us on here work for PCS, this is a community support forum. You'll recognise PCS staff by their distinctive avatar.

I have edited your order number out of your post, it's not wise to publish information like that on what is essentially a public forum.

PCS are always busy and if you phone the UK number you will need to hold for some time. You might also try the Live chat feature, go to the Contact Us page and the Live Chat will pop up from the bottom right.

You can also email them at [email protected] but their response time to email is not that fast, largely because they are so busy.

Sadly nobody on here (except the few PCS staff) will be able to help you. I wouldn't worry too much though, PCS are a reliable and trustworthy company and your order will be dispatched as soon as it's ready.

can you post your full specs?

The estimates are based on normal periods which just isnt the case at the moment, depending on what youve ordered, we may be able to give you a timeframe to expect it.

I reckon the 3080 is still having a bit of an impact on those times. In the discord we've had quite a few orders go into Build in about 20-22 working days provided everything is in stock. I reckon dispatch around 25 Working days providing you're not waiting on a 3080 or on out of stock parts is probably about right

Yeah, although when i ordered the Berserker they quoted the standard 16-19 working days, these are more the numbers i'm expecting, although when i placed the order that end column was saying about 45 working days

So ~4 days is a normal duration for building + test? As I heard testing usually just takes a handful of hours.

it can completely depend on many factors I guess. Not every build will be the same.

Ah cool.

Mine's been in building from the 19th, and whilst I'd really want for it to arrive next week I get the feeling that that might be a bit optimistic considering delivery times.

That is normal to be honest. Sometimes it’s quicker sometimes it’s longer. I know it’s hard to be patient but it’s a good thing that they are making sure your build is right. Trust me it’s worth the wait
