Optimus Pro XI fan control ?

Hi

This is the laptop I purchased recently, but I can't seem to find any sort of fan speed control.
The laptop is very quiet however when using intensively it gets very hot and it doesn't turn any other fan speed.
Is there a special key combination that should activate different fan speeds (GPU, CPU) or it is a 3rd party software?
In addition, the Fn+1 key combination doesn't do anything.
Also, the picture attached should represent this "Turbo " button, which on each setting (off, dim led,bright led) doesn't seem to make any difference?
Is it working at all, or it requires some additional drivers?

Hi
I got Windows 10 Pro with up to date windows updates.
Nvidia drivers are up to date and work well.
I haven't installed a control center. Is this the software I need?

Hi
I have it on a bootable memory stick from Microsoft Imagine(OnTheHub now) with a licensed key.
After installation I let it run its updates. Nothing extra. I am happy that it is quiet and there is no additional sound made when playing games or training neural networks, but I just want to make sure that it doesn't need anything extra to cool itself because it becomes very hot.
Drivers provided by Nvidia and some from Windows, they are fine, however, Windows does not install any additional for the fan or the turbo button.
Do I need something like control center or Fan Xpert and is this the optimal way to go?

Yes, you need control center installed, it's the management driver.

It's in your main PCS account in the tech support / downloads section.

Are the fans boosting up now when they should be after installing control center?

This issue is the only thing holding me back from purchasing this laptop today.
