Hello, I'm having the same problem, what's the warranty is over, I'm a victim. did you reach a solution?

If your issue is exactly the same I’d suggest following the same route as the OP and raising it with PCS. You’re also welcome to start a troubleshooting thread to see if there’s anything the hive mind can do to help 👍
