One of two ram sticks not showing

Received my new computer this morning and I noticed that only one of the two 16gb ram sticks are showing within task manager and within the bios. Would removing the stick from foruth dimm that's not showing and putting it back in fix anything and would doing so effect my warranty?

yeah take both sticks out and put them back in, making sure you here them click into place, and no this doesn't affect your warranty as PC Specialist have an open case policy

Just to add: I'd power down and clear the power from the board before faffing with RAM. Unplug and hit the power button for a few seconds usually does the trick. Seating of memory can be finicky

Check your motherboard manual to ensure they are inserted into the correct slots.
