Octane III 2017 model trackpad driver issue

Hi all,
I have a 2017 Octane III 17'' model - i7 6700k, GTX 1080, 16GB RAM

I just sold the laptop and did a clean windows install. Once this was done, the trackpad became slightly erratic and jerky especially when dealing with small movements.

I tried to install the trackpad drivers as per the drivers on the support page for my unit but the installation fails.

Does anyone have any idea where I can find the correct drivers for this laptop?

Any drivers that windows update failed to install should be installed direct from Clevo at www.clevo.com.tw

Thanks Spydertracks. The Clevo site drivers have an almost 1 year older date compared to the drivers downloadable from the PCspecialist site. Clevo ones are 2016 mainly. PCspecialist mainly July 2017. Is this an issue?

Are you sure you're on the right chassis? The clevo ones will be newer than the PCS ones in every circumstance.

You need to scan the entire list as well, they list all versions.

Thanks, the chassis I believe is this - P775DM3-G

That's what I searched for on the Clevo download page. I bought my Octane III in Dec 2016

Just as an aside have you transferred, ownership to them with PCS, if not details in the link below, doing this means they can get support from pcs and have access to drivers etc

Thanks Martin. Its out of warranty but I will transfer it over. Didn't know I could this.
