Nova Wifi card issues

Hi,
i'm still having problems.
the wifi on the nova laptop works when i get a hotspot from my phone, but not from my home internet
my macbook works with both

It is weird, you get full signal but no internet? Seems like a software/driver/configuration issue now. Does your Bluetooth work?

You could try updating wifi drivers from intel's website:
Download Windows® 10 Wi-Fi Drivers for Intel® Wireless Adapters

What does an ipconfig /all command show for your wireless card when connected to your phone hotspot and again for your wireless router?

thanks for your help, i will try updating the driver. yes it gets full signal but the internet is intermittent. Bluetooth does work fine

in the search box on your task bar type cmd, this will open the command tool, in there type ipconfig /all, do this when you are connected both using your router and using the hotspot on your phone, and post results back here
