By the way, yes, NOW this PC has a non PCS BIOS, but this is way after I got the issue - I upgraded two weeks ago (and I did mostly for solving this issue). I could even say the issue did not yet happen yet with the new BIOS.

Ok, unfortunately we won't be able to help at all and your warranty is void with PCS.

That issue is not present on the PCS EC firmware, it's only present on competitors EC's, that's why I was pushing to determine if it was a PCS build or non-PCS BIOS as quite frankly, us wasting our time troubleshooting something that isn't present on a PCS build is not what we're here to do.

I never had that issue. My BIOS is version 1.07.07 and EC 1.07.02

I'm afraid you will have voided your PCS warranty there.
Fingers crossed that it's solved your problem. If it hasn't I would talk to PCS sooner rather than later to see whether they can revert you back to the PCS BIOS (most likely for a fee) and whether they would then reinstate your warranty. They're good people and if you ask nicely you never know.
