Hi,

That's a fair point I guess. I'm not sure how I was supposed to know the exact position of the CPU socket in relation to the RAD positioning though.

I'd have thought it would have been nice if the guy building it had thought "this isn't right" and at least had them contact me to decide what to do about it.

Edit: The terms and conditions do also say:

"If we determine during manufacturing that some components will not fit we will contact you to discuss amending your order around the case you have chosen."

Just thought I'd update this. About a week ago I made sure that the RAD would fit in the top of the case. Once I was sure of this, I had PCS send me out a replacement, and fitted it late last week.

Apart from a minor brain fart (deliberately leaving the protective film on the processor pump, then forgetting to actually remove it!) all seems to be working well now.

However, slightly more annoyed now with PCS in that it all could have been fitted correctly from the start...
