Oh No! Hopefully we can help!

Does the PC boot normally (ie you get a single beep during boot up) or is something else happening?

Do you see anything on the monitor at all?

Have you tried a different port on the back of the PC? A photo of the rear of the PC might help (trying to determine if its plugged into the GPU or the Motherboard - it should be the GPU).

Could be the cable's been damaged maybe? Can you try the monitor with another device to see if its working as expected (ie does the monitor turn on and display 'no signal' or similar, etc. etc.).

I’m getting a single beep on start up. Monitor works fine on my Xbox. I get a no signal message when it turns on

Since your system has a CPU with on board graphics, try connecting the monitor to the motherboard HDMI port and see if you get signal. That should either rule in or out a number of possible causes

quick question which version monitor and HDMI cable?
HDMI 2.1a may be required if your settings are running at 144hz. HDMI 2.1a features including uncompressed 8k@60 and 4K@120

allso try nvidia geforce experience app for drivers

and pls make sure your monitor is set for HMDI and not Display port (diff cable)

or vies versa
