Not really a problem certainly not worth returning for further investigation but wondering if there’s a easy solution gpu fitted is a palit gamerock oc runs fine although for some reason no rgb at all don’t know if something has been missed that should be connected to motherboard during build?
Thanks for any suggestions

I'd have thought it would run via it's own software, but looking at Palit's page for this GPU, it looks like it just syncs with whatever other software you use to control either the motherboard RGB or a RGB hub/controller.

Looks like a cable needs to go from the GPU to the motherboard/controller though...

Absolutely right, appears a cable is required from the GPU to the motherboard header.

If this isn't installed, it should be in the welcome box along with other spares, they may have overlooked it during install.

For future reference, you can use GPU-Z to tell you the exact model you have, there's a "lookup" button which will link the exact model on TechPowerUp
