Newbie needs advice.(ram)

Hi, so I ordered a computer with 2x8gb Vengence 3000

I have one 16gb 3200, would it still work with the other 2 8gb with the power difference or would power drop?

I know if it breaks I void the warranty, I'm also considering this. (I won't be installing it)

The RAM may or may not be compatible depending on which make and model.
If it is compatible it will downclock to 3000mhz.

What's the make and model?

RAM isn't CPU dependant, so doesn't matter if it's an intel chip or AMD, doesn't make any difference.

But really, you should always match the make and model of RAM and use dual channel, so if adding 16Gb, you should really add 2 x 8Gb matched pairs.
