If your son is going to be gaming it is better to choose AMD processors instead of Intel. You would also want faster RAM, around 3000MHZ or more and an SSD, probably around 500GB or 1TB.

Also, what monitor are you planning on getting. You have a 3060Ti so you need a good monitor

Hi jeff, as well as what @Luffy has asked above what's your budget and can you supply the configuration link, also nvidea recommend a 600 watt PSU for that card, so to give a little headroom and help with future proofing you'd probably do better going for a 750w

Sorry for that as I ain’t got much of an idea when it comes to the ins and outs of computers, my budget is 1500 pounds and my brother has just got him the omen 27 monitor for Xmas.

This will handle gaming no problem and will stream at a fair quality. If you can stretch the budget to add a capture card, that’ll take the load off the CPU when streaming 👍
