Any glaring issues or suggestions? I'll be pairing it with a 3060ti and Asus TUF VG279QM, 1080p 280hz for the time being with plans on going to 1400p 240+ and a newer card down the line. Main usage gaming I play a variety of different games, I like the refresh rate/1080p for games like CS2/Cod MW3

Thoughts on cooler? Was thinking of going LCD, went with this one because it's newer, haven't tried windows 11 yet, thoughts and anything I need to know? Couldn't decide between Asus TUF mobo or the aurous elite ax

I'd say you're massively overspending in some places and adding things you just don't need. I personally wouldn't want a 5400RPM HDD on any machine made after 2006 so that's a strong no in the build. I'd be aiming here mate and if you need mass storage like 8TB the slowest speed you want on a HDD is 7200RPM anything less than is just brutally slow

Thanks for the response!
I have 5400rpm drives in my current system and it's purely for storage of videos/audio/pictures. It's not for gaming or anything. I have 3tb of SSD used in my current system, I have quite a big library of games so a 512gb SSD just wouldn't cut it... Red Dead 2 and Cod alone take about 300gb. You honestly think getting a 7200rpm HD would make much of a difference for storage?

Edit: Just realised you switched it to a 4tb secondary ssd, that's a no for as I like to keep the SSD purely for software/gaming and use HD for storage. Also why get rid of the thermal paste? Surely 9£ for better thermals/long life isn't too much of a stretch on a machine like this?

The 4TB is for games, not storage.

The 512 is for the OS and programs.

You always separate them so if you need to reinstall windows (which you will have to frequently), then you don't need to reinstall all your games library.

Then mass storage would be on top of that, if you're comfortable with your current 5200rpm HDD's, then just use those.

The cooler comes pre applied with high quality paste, no need for the additional. It's not better and you run the risk of a bad application rather than machine application.
