Received my new pc 2 days ago from PCS and so far everything has ran smoothly, this is the 3rd PC i have bought from PCS and results never disappoint. Below I will post the Spec of the PC along with some Photos. The process as well as my experience with PCS will also be below. Hopefully it will be of use to any potential customers. Thanks.
Above is the PC build I ordered, I installed my own harddrives from my previous buidl which also had windows 10 already installed which is why I chose to have no operating system as well as small storage ssd. The wireless PCI card is also only being used for connecting to things like my printer for wireless convenience. The PC looks fantastic and it always amazes me how well they cable manage the internals, it is always tightly pulled together and wires dont even budge, this has been my experience with all 3 PCs i have ordered from PCS. The products are high quality and as stated. A bit about the process of ordering now below.
You can the time frame for each stage of my order to process. It was a total of 19 "working" days or 24 days overall. I was in no rush i receiving my PC as I already had my last build in fine working order to do my till this one was ready. I would however recommend, you use their fast track service, which is build in 5 working days, if you need it quickly or have little patience (the service doesn't guarantee you will get it within 5 days, and you will be refunded if they don't manage to achieve it). I can imagine PCS customer support is largely in costumers asking how long their order is doing to be.
I had to amend a few things in my order like upgrading the RAM to 32gb and amending is a very simple and easy process to do. You simply log into your account, find your order and click "amend" you are then given the option to change things in your order and then simply pay for any upgrades via a separate payment method. So it is counted as a "sub order" as it has been paid for separate from the original order.
Below is some images for anyone interested. I bought this PC as I was upgrading my gaming set up and it is still a work in progress but more or less finished. I would 100% recommend PCS (and I have to friends) to anyone looking to buy a PC. The prices are very fair, and they do a great job at making sure everything is in order and working for you before shipping it of. Thanks again PCS for the great job.
